Worst (overpriced) nachos ever. Would have sent them back if our server had asked if we liked them (he didn’t), but they took ages to come and the kids were hungry. The only reason it got 2 stars was for the nice patio & entertainment. Not worth it, go elsewhere.

We were a group of 4. We had one crepe, a chicken fondue for 2 and the 3 fondues for 2. We shared everything between the four of us and had LOTS to eat.. everything was delicious! The crepe and cheese fondue was brought out first as appies. And then the chicken and beef fondue, which included a small salad and a baked potato and finally the chocolate fondue. It was a slow, relaxed dinner. The waiter was an entertaining character and we really enjoyed ourselves. We thought we were so full we wouldn’t be able to eat the chocolate fondue but it all disappeared. It was served with various fruits and mini-marshmallows. Overall it was a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

In a city of French everything, we were excited to have crepes in Quebec. What a disappointment. Most any person off the street could have prepared what was on our plates. We tried two kinds and they were both lackluster. The crepes had little sprinkled on top. There may have been three marble size pieces of chicken and two marble size pieces of broccoli with a tiny slice of pepper and onion on one. The other crepe had a couple tablespoons of diced apple. Is this how crepes are made in France, we don't know. But we left unimpressed.

Cute little place that seems to feature its outdoor seating.

Unfortunately, compared to what’s available nearby, the food was uniformly poor. Hot chocolate was warm milk with a hint of chocolate. Crepes were soggy and tasted like pancake batter, toppings seemed to be from a can, salads were “cafeteria” quality, not cold or crisp.

I can not say enough good things about this restaurant. We had the trio fondue and crèpes and it was fantastic. The server was engaging and attentive. Plus, its the only fondue restaurant in the area.

We were taken to a table promptly, but no server came by at all. Not a bonjour, nor any water. After waiting 20 or more minutes and no sign of any service, I went to the head waiter and asked if service was coming. She assured me a waiter would come momentarily, but after a further 10 or more minutes, we gave up and left, informing the head waiter of our decision as we departed. We were polite throughout. I’ll add that the main lunch crowd had left and it wasn’t very busy.

Place was expensive, $5 for a Coke that they double charged. Our waiter was nice and friendly however he brought out the wrong food twice. The crepes tasted good but the burgers tasted like those awful frozen burgers you’d buy at the grocery store. I wish I read the reviews before coming here. Conti was a much better place just a few stores down and I highly recommend that. Would not come back.

Couldn't be happier with this restaurant! While making a stop to see Old Quebec on our long drive home, we were traveling with 3 large dogs. They had water out front for the dogs and welcomed them on to the patio. After seating us they brought water over them. The service was quick and the food was delicious. Just a burger and fries but it was great and the fries were nice and fresh and crispy. It was also nice that everyone we spoke with was bilingual as we certainly are not. The patio itself was very nice and inviting with ambient music and nice shade from awnings and surrounding architecture. Thanks for the great experience!

My overall impression of this place is quite mixed. On the one hand, there were several positives. I went there with my partner, and we each ordered one main dish and a drink. The restaurant has a great location and very reasonable prices. We were also pleasantly surprised by the live music — a young woman was singing and playing guitar beautifully, which really added to the atmosphere. The food was also good: my partner had the chicken burger, and I ordered a chicken and vegetable crepe. Both were tasty, especially for a spot in a tourist area. So when it comes to food and setting, there’s really nothing to complain about.

But unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience. While the server was fine during the meal, the issue came at the time of payment. As we were paying, he stared directly at the payment terminal, watching the screen while we were choosing the tip amount. Then, after we had finished, he actually confronted us for leaving what he thought was “too small” of a tip. It wasn’t just a polite check-in like “Was everything okay?” — instead, he launched into a rude and pushy rant, saying he was underpaid, that we were “rich,” and that we should be tipping much more.

In the moment, we were shocked into silence — even though we did leave a tip, just not as much as he demanded. Looking back, I realize how unacceptable that behaviour was. Tips are not mandatory!!! they’re voluntary and entirely up to the guest, whether that’s 10, 15, 18, 20, 25%, or even 0.

So, while the restaurant itself was pleasant — good location, nice music, and decent food — the service was a huge disappointment. The server’s behaviour left such a negative impression that we regretted leaving him anything at all.

Overall: a very mixed experience. Nice place, but after this, we definitely won’t be coming back.

Service: -100/10.
