Not a huge fan, unfortunately. Heard the croissants are really good here so stopped in late this afternoon. There seemed to be no prices on the pastry display case but it may be the prices were just handwritten very small in white. Anyway, it was very hard to tell prices. I waited in a line and bought the last raspberry croissant in the case. After leaving my usual 15% tip, the bill was $9.14. Because I'm from Vancouver where $7.00 croissants are not unusual, I didn't question the price. Out I went onto the street where I tore open the bag to find a bordering-on-stale, not-at-all-crisp, disappointment. The red striped exterior seemed tough. The raspberry filling was very sweet and looked as though the raspberries were mixed with apple. It was very laminated, though. This is nothing like the gorgeous, shatteringly crisp bite of heaven, plain croissant I had at Chez Boulay yesterday for $3.00. Maybe I need to try again early in the day and stick with my usual plain croissant?

Best Flat White in lower Quebec city and a cute little interior as well! Not much else to say, if you want a coffee, I'd recommend this little place. Not a lot of seating, but you'll likely want to take it to go and see the area anyway.

Very cute little cafe with yummy sweets and savoury treats. Excellent “real” coffee and very friendly service staff. We came back twice on our short visit to Quebec City because it is so beautiful and good here.

Definitely the best croissants in Quebec City that I have seen so far. Late was also excellent. Service was good. Could be even better, but I think they were polite and friendly overall. But the quality of their baked goods far exceeds anything nearby.

The spot is super cute, but I bought two scones and both had a very old, rubbery texture. I went back to ask the baristas if they were fresh, and they assured me they were. Now I realize why they had asked if I wanted the scones heated before eating them. A professional shop would have offered me something else instead of the scones, but they didn’t.
