Burger patty really undercooked, almost raw, poutine OK nothing more. Several of the items on the menu were unavailable. No negative comments on the service.

The brown ale the server suggested went great with the delicious poutine!

100 beers on the menu but only one kind of beer. Hoppy beer. Would be nice if the offering was a bit more diverse. But if you love hops I guess this is the place for you. Not even wine for those that don't like the skunky stuff. Tried the cider and it tasted like fermented beans. Overall disappointed but I'm more of a Molson kind of guy.

They say they are open until 2 a.m. on Google map. I arrived there around 1:00 a.m. but a sign on the front door indicated that it closes at midnight. A few days later, I returned there around 10:30 p.m. but the waiter told me that he had just finished his last call and that they were now closed, even though the sign at the entrance still said that it was closed at midnight. Very disappointing.
First time at Le Projet, and even though I don't live in the area (or indeed the country) I hope I can return again. So many different beers and ciders on offer, wonderfully attentive staff, very cool interior, would definitely recommend!

Exceptionally warm and friendly service, magnificent place, great discoveries of beers and food to die for (I'm barely exaggerating! ^_^) In short, this place was highly recommended to me and it was totally up to par. the height of its reputation. I will come back for sure! 🤩

A fabulous bar on Rue Saint-Jean with an amazing range of beers on tap - 29 while we were there. Friendly, helpful staff and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit

Great mood here. The beers are OK, just a bit smooth, but they are effective alcohol wise. I tried the 16 and 21 - a porter and witbierbut ended up ordering the number 23 which was a 9.5% red berry beer. I'm not usually a sweet alcohol fan but this one wasn't but and it was effective. A bit sour/ tart but still pretty thin flavor like the other beers. My feedback would be too concentrate the flavor of possible or experiment with different points of specific gravity.

A perfect spot for dinner and drinks in Quebec. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Fabulous beer menu, the stout was my favourite. Smashed burgers and poutine are delicious. We went twice ❤️

My husband digs exploring microbreweries. On our first night in Quebec, we walked to Le Projet and enjoyed a great conversation with other patrons about Canadian culture, current economy as the world was creeping out of COVID lockdown (2021), and safety tips for walking around the neighborhood and Quebec in general.
My husband had a West Coast IPA: he loved the beer but said it was not a WCI. We both enjoyed our meals, beverages, and the welcoming atmosphere of Le Projet.
