Love that the restaurant has kept the finishes (and vault!) of the former bank. Staff was lovely and friendly, just as attentive to me as a solo traveller as to their bigger tables. The selection of local craft beers is amazing. I had the gravlax and the roasted lettuce ranch salad, both were fantastic. The team of two front of house and two back of house staff worked super efficiently together and had fun vibes.

It was at the beginning of one of Quebec's many festivals. If you read the signs first, you can adore and appreciate all of the joy of people gawking. I did enjoy the festival. Few to no chiildren exposed. Those few who were seemed happy. It was appropriately adult oriented event.

Get away from the busy tourist areas and relax at this neighborhood pub. Lots of selection.

Here for a late meal with our kids, we felt so welcomed. Our server was incredibly patient which is always so appreciated. The kitchen even did an extra order for us after they closed because we LOVED the fried chicken so much. Also the coleslaw.. omg I would have bought a bucket of it if that was a possibility. Beers, food, service all top top notch!

Vibe is top.

Smash burger was good. Poutine was cold and very little gravy.

Gaspard Picnic Lager was the best amongst lagers, a bit too smooth tho. Stout was great. After my first pint, I ordered 2 glasses, when I saw the bill, the glass was only $1.5 less than the pint, what!! The waiter should have told me

I came here for the first time 6 years ago and again this week. The poutine is the best in town and it has a great beer menu. The staff was very friendly.

Burger patty really undercooked, almost raw, poutine OK nothing more. Several of the items on the menu were unavailable. No negative comments on the service.

The brown ale the server suggested went great with the delicious poutine!

100 beers on the menu but only one kind of beer. Hoppy beer. Would be nice if the offering was a bit more diverse. But if you love hops I guess this is the place for you. Not even wine for those that don't like the skunky stuff. Tried the cider and it tasted like fermented beans. Overall disappointed but I'm more of a Molson kind of guy.

They say they are open until 2 a.m. on Google map. I arrived there around 1:00 a.m. but a sign on the front door indicated that it closes at midnight. A few days later, I returned there around 10:30 p.m. but the waiter told me that he had just finished his last call and that they were now closed, even though the sign at the entrance still said that it was closed at midnight. Very disappointing.

First time at Le Projet, and even though I don't live in the area (or indeed the country) I hope I can return again. So many different beers and ciders on offer, wonderfully attentive staff, very cool interior, would definitely recommend!
