Jonathon was a very good server.
He said that he was just starting at Le Saint-Amour but appeared to be very well seasoned. A woman who worked with him (I forget her name) was also quite adept at her role.
The tasting menu was quite good, but not superior, which is why we gave it 4 stars. No complaints really.
The wine pairing added an extra dimension to the experience and Jonathon was well-informed about each vintage.
