The staff’s service and the atmosphere of the restaurant were very good.
However, the 5-ounce steak, which I was really looking forward to as the main dish, took a very long time to be served. When it finally arrived, the steak was extremely tough, lacked flavor, and had a burnt taste. I was very disappointed. I honestly don’t understand how such a tough steak can be served, and I think this should be reconsidered. I can’t comment on the other dishes, but I do not recommend the steak.

Ate here on a very snowy night after Christmas. The restaurant was warm and accomodating, and the staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed a very relaxed meal of steak frites with a very savoury sauce, and shared a delicious slice of Sugar Pie.
The meal was very good value and the portions were excellent quality and very hearty. Highly recommended!

Best food I've had in Canada. Service amazing. I told them I was lactose intolerant and they gave me food on the menu I could eat. The steak and fries were stunning. Then the desert a lactose free creme brulee was out of this world. Im not just saying that. It was. I will be back.

The food was average. What made the experience unacceptable was the rude and aggressive behavior during payment. We were pressured to leave a 15% tip, and when we left a smaller amount ($10), we were insulted and told we should eat fast food instead.
Tipping is not mandatory. This kind of treatment toward customers is unacceptable. Not recommended❌❌

This was our last meal on this Québec City trip and it was a great way to cap the trip. Just a classic meal done right. I asked for it rare and it was exactly rare. And the sauce... wow! Definitely lives up to the hype.
