You could find healthy and delicious foods at a fair cost in LES DEÉLICES DE L'AMERIQE FRANÇAISE, it's a small,cozy restaurant. The staff are very nice and polite. I ordered chicken and beef sandwiches, and both of them were tasty.

We walked here from our hotel for coffee. The staff were very welcoming and there was so many different food choices. We got a breakfast sandwich, 2 coffees, fruit bowl, yogurt and granola and cheese curds and grapes and it cost around $25. Great value and great staff.

Best place for a quick breakfast or lunch. Staff are friendly and efficient. Coffee and food are always fresh. Mostly for takeout, there are only a few seats.

This is to my knowledge the only restaurant in Quebec City that is reasonably priced, efficient (it's insanely well-run), and reliable. I have been here many times and have never been disappointed.
