What bad service... I asked for the bar's promotions, I was told none... I wanted to know if there were any on the double fort she told me no.
After speaking with some, it seems like there was finally some! She told me that I just had to check the poster and that it wasn't her problem! She charged us for a 3/4 oz drink, like a shooter but for $7! Sitting on her bench behind the bar... I clearly don't recommend this bar for the service!
Luckily the singer Stef Aubin was present

For decades, I have visited this place 4-5 times a year for evenings as memorable as each other. But yesterday, who knows what fly bit him, the owner, with his stupid look, decided to forbid people from dancing in the first rows of tables and sent his staff to lay down the law and even remove the poor recalcitrants who had dancing feet. Apparently he doesn't have a dancing license...even though he's been dancing there for a long time. Dozens and dozens of people left, unhappy with this treatment, the constant threats, the very aggressiveness of the operating staff. It's impossible not to dance there, it's precisely this atmosphere that people are looking for when they go there. It was frankly inadequate. But the singers: Wowww ?

Good evening, with my friends we came for a short stay in Quebec and we were intrigued by this place. We will remain marked there for life; the experience we were able to have in this establishment is filled with emotion. The staff was so nice and the people there were so respectful. We thank you for the memories you gave us, a big thank you to the French people of October 14th ❤️

We were disappointed by our visit to the Voûtes!Firstly, the changing rooms are $2.50 (in change, so plan ahead!). We give $20 for 4 coats (so $10 in total). The young girl at the cloakroom only gave us $5 back, believing that she kept a $5 tip. I have no problem tipping, but I would like to have a choice in how much I tip.The singers are sincerely good, but my god the music is strong. It's terrible the headache you get when you go out, and no, the headache is not due to the quantity of alcohol consumed, given that alcohol is simply not buyable at the Voûtes! $12 for a simple pint of Trou du Diable is expensive (not including the tip).What displeased us the most, honestly, was being refused a glass of water. We had our designated driver who asked for a glass of water, and she was told no, that she had to pay for a bottle. Pardon? Since when are glasses of water banned?In addition, the furniture is outdated and not comfortable. There is vomit coming out of the bar on the floor which is completely disgusting.There is room for improvement!

The owner is completely crazy. He shouted at the customers who danced respectfully while the singer sang. He wanted people to sit still. We have experienced uneasiness on top of uneasiness. It's a shame because the singer Christian was exceptional. We loved it and our server was attentive. In short, had it not been for an owner who was extremely manic and aggressive towards customers, the experience could have been perfect. For me the man's attitude towards customers was inappropriate and aggressive. I'm surprised he doesn't have more complaints about her.
