I went there for brunch with a friend, I ordered a (luxurious) lunch poutine, the dish arrived quite quickly but on the other hand I realized that the bacon 🥓 and the sausages were burnt and dry with a rubber texture, big disappointment and surprise. I had to wait a good 20 minutes (the room was quite empty) to have the chance to catch the waitress and express my dissatisfaction, she offered to bring back other sausages and bacon on the side to "compensate » (but she charged them to me in the end on my bill 🧾)! And so that wasn't enough, the waitress had the nerve to persist because we didn't leave her a tip, I had to explain to her that I wasn't satisfied with the dish received, the proof I didn't see. I didn't even eat half and above all I wasn't satisfied with the service! It still seems to me that in Quebec tipping IS FREE AND NOT OBLIGATORY AND ABOVE ALL IS AT THE CUSTOMER’S DISCRETION! You should instill this in your staff!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic breakfast and brunch spot, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The portions were absolutely vast—each dish was generous, leaving us satisfied without feeling overstuffed. There’s a great variety of options on the menu, including plenty of healthy choices, so there’s something for everyone.
The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and quick. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, even though we visited on a holiday when many places were packed.
The restaurant itself is visually pleasant, with a welcoming and stylish ambiance that made for a comfortable dining experience. I appreciated the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the overall enjoyable vibe.
This place is a must-visit!

Great Benedict but ask for soft egg. It came boiled egg instead pouched soft. Liked both Joe le poutiniere and Patati Mario Tremblay they do not save on ingredients. They add a lot of cheese and hollandaise sauce. The places are big

I ordered a poutine "don 7 million"?...today...labor day...it was excellent...it was my first time here....but above all I was served in an exemplary manner...that is to say...quickly...well advised...with a beautiful smile all the time and the pleasure of working!!!...if I could have... .I would have given 6 stars for the service!!!...thank you Erika!!
