It was good when it was Le Maître Glacier, but since it's La Tombola, the quality and choice are no longer there unfortunately. We had two hard creams, and the tastes were really chemical and disappointing.
To avoid.

Nothing to do with the old “Maître Glacier” franchise. Artificial tasting flavors, little choice, disappointing.

It's really good but it lacks a bit of atmosphere. I went there on a Monday afternoon so maybe that's why too...
But it was good and not expensive so I will come back

dimanche ensoleillé. 1 seule employée sur place (pauvre elle). lenteur extrême. de plus en plus difficile de supporter ce commerce.
Very few ice cream choices. In view of the choice we fell back on a soft one. The soft cream coating is very poorly explained, the waitress was unable to get a regular one to fit on the cone.... On the 3rd ice cream she asks me again what I asked for, I told her white chocolate, she got it wrong in the milk. I had no problems last year at this creamery.

I loved my service. The coconut ice cream reminds me of my trip to Cayo Coco.
The ice cream professional behind the counter was very nice. Obviously, she knows how to handle the cornet.
For my blonde I took a large vanilla cone dipped in caramel. It was very good to soak. It’s so good that I come very often. Too bad I'm going back to Cayo Coco in 2 weeks and I'm feeling pretty good.
Excellent service, very clean creamery. The crème de la crème of the creamery!

Thank you so much
Soft serve ice cream that tastes absolutely nothing. It's definitely not cream. It tastes like water. We haven't finished our cones. White chocolate is waxy and doesn't stick well to ice cream. Very disappointing.

I went there with my daughter. She chose bubble gum. The texture was grainy, the taste was strange, there were complete chunks of ice cream. It looked like ice cream that had been frozen and then thawed several times. We will avoid it in the future. I don't question if my daughter will be sick.
We went there last night (August 3, 2023) at 8 a.m. We wait 15 minutes, the service is long. I see people changing tack. After 5 minutes I go to see the cashier and she tells me we were able to exchange money and have to pay exactly. I ask her if she takes the card, she tells me no. Seriously, not even an apology or an explanation. We just have more change and we don't take the card. When you charge your people $10 for ice cream, having the card is a minimum. I don't know if it's the resourcefulness that was lacking or the lack of customer service but a little paper stuck on the door to explain the situation or a person announcing it to customers who come in would have been a minimum. Instead we let people queue to waste their time.My last time I won't go back there again I'm going to go to the diperie which is 350 m away.
