Staff attitude was poor. They closed early before the posted hours and, instead of speaking to us, one employee made a “cut-throat” hand gesture to signal we should leave. That gesture is rude and inappropriate in customer service and felt hostile. Really unprofessional. Honestly, if there were more drink shops around, service like this wouldn’t last.

Do NOT come here. Google says they close at 10pm, but I arrived at 7:30pm and the door was already locked. Inside there was a young man counting money, he looked right at us and made a throat-slashing gesture at me. If they don’t want customers, they should update their hours.

Simply, expensive and artificial, does not recommend. We ordered 2 “juices” and we got something like artificial syrup + water.
The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the store condition seems decent, and the sliced a thin thin thin slice of watermelon into the artificial water (~$10 per small cup).

Some people already had similar experience from that cashier guy. We were at this place about 2weeks ago at night and when we asked a question about some menu but he responded without answering it and showed off very unpleasant attitude. A place where staff training was very much needed.

Bubble tea tasted ok. Kind of expensive but that's due to location. The sandwiches on display looked a bit off though.

After trying the mango smoothie sampler, my family asked the employee whether the store uses real fruit or syrup. He assured us that the store uses real fruit and that we could also request less or no sweetener.
We ordered four different smoothies: piña colada, mango, strawberry yogurt, and strawberry banana. The piña colada did have some shredded coconut for authenticity, but the remaining smoothies seemed to use fruit purée or some other syrups. Notably, we could not see much fresh fruit in the store, nor did we see any staff washing or peeling fruits. In contrast, we have been to other stores that serve drinks made with real fruit and observed cases upon cases of fruit, with staff designated to cutting or otherwise preparing fruits. The operations are misleading and sneaky, with staff taking containers from under-the-counter fridges to pour out some sort of fruit base for the drinks.
If you're looking for fresh fruit drinks, don't make the same mistake - skip this store.
