Maurice Restaurant Lounge

Hotel Maurice went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms were large and beautiful, the restaurant and bar were fantastic and the location was unbeatable. But the absolute best part of the hotel was Maxime!! He made us feel so welcome and we looked forward to seeing his face everyday. I would come back here just to see Maxime again. We will 100% be back.

D’amblé je ne fais jamais de commentaire public sur mes séjours à l’hôtel parce que mes attentes sont toujours trop élevées. Mais cette fois-ci, pour une rare fois, je suis très enchantée de mon expérience personnelle à l’hôtel Maurice . Nous avons séjourné deux fois à l’hôtel Maurice en deux semaines. Une fois en famille, et une autre fois j’y suis allée seule. Les chambres sont magnifiques. La propreté est irréprochable. Le service est impeccable. Tout est parfait. Du thé et du café de qualité nous sont offert gracieusement par l’hôtel. La salle de bain est luxueuse. Les lits sont ultra confortables. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est génial. Nous avons mangé 4 fois au resto de l’hôtel et tout était délicieux. Les plats sont goûteux et les aliments de qualité . Un gros coup de cœur pour cette découverte . Je n’avais pas envie de retourner à la maison après mes deux nuitées . Merci à l’hôtel Maurice pour cette inoubliable escapade.

Our experience at this restaurant was truly superb! Excellent, very attentive service from Sébastien, we feel that customer satisfaction is important to all the staff. The food was very good! The beef tartare was really something! Top live pianist. I recommend.

Wagyu burger taken as a meal, the brioche bread is not good. It would be nice if it was changed for the better. The mustard in the burger takes away all the taste, and unfortunately apart from the mustard nothing else.

The meat was also dry.

Other than that, good drink and nice atmosphere and music.

The cigarette/cigar smell is atrocious, it feels like we're back in the early 2000s. It really kills your appetite! I ate the worst salmon tartare and the cook must have dropped the salt shaker in my boyfriend's fries. It is irrevocable; I will never set foot there again! The city is full of good restaurants where the service is 1000 times better!

Personnel accueillant, décor feutré, lits confortables, délicieuses infusions à la chambre, départ tardif disponible, emplacement idéal, resto/bar avec une excellente sélection de plats et boissons, musiciens live…excellent séjour 🙂 Je le recommande fortement

We really enjoyed our visit to Maurice!
The welcome is warm, the staff is courteous and attentive. The menu which is in the form of a meal is explained very well to us. It's up to you to compose your plates to share or not.
The atmosphere is perfect for a romantic evening.
Duplessis oysters will quickly become a must-have at this restaurant!

WOW, WOW and WOW again!!!
I have tried almost all the restaurants in Quebec and I can tell you that we have a real rare gem here. In a single visit, I was able to taste 3 of the best dishes I have eaten in my life... the surf & turf oysters (completely mind-blowing, beef tartare and caviar placed on a fresh oyster), the prime rib with its meat reduction and horseradish butter and to finish the dessert which is a delectable invention in the form of baciata (pizza dough folded into a sandwich) with Biscoff spread and vanilla ice cream… just crazy!!!

Special mention to Anael, Restaurant Manager, for his warm welcome and impeccable service.

I highly recommend it to all lovers of good gastronomic restaurants.

I found this restaurant just walking by, they were able to accommodate gluten free options . food and cocktails were delicious! Courteous service and they have a beautiful terrace and indoor decor
