Lettuce rotting in the 2 Macpoulet!!! Fresh lettuce was mixed with it…We noticed that at the end, we were hungry and we ate with gusto!!! Really terrible to serve this to customers, WHO PAY FOR IT!!! It’s a treat we give ourselves on occasion and that’s what we receive!!

I just went to the McDonald's at Walmart in Lebourgneuf. The cook didn't wear any gloves, touched the food and prepared it with his hands (no tongs) when I mentioned this to the manager on site she really didn't care and persisted that it wasn't true I told her that I just saw him make at least 3 sandwiches this way. At that moment the cook said.....Jau always does it like that. Even that she watched him do it and was next to him when he did it. Place absolutely avoided.

We place the order at the terminal, there is no more paper, so we don't know the order number, we go to the counter to ask for it, we are completely ignored.We end up deducting our order number. We want ketchup, it's empty. We want salt, it's empty. We want orange fruitopia, it's broken and my girlfriend gets the juice directly on her instead of in the glass. We sat in the dining room, half of the tables are disgusting. We open our order, a hamburger is missing. We return to the counter, we are completely ignored again. We end up talking to a girl who answers us with an arrogant air....
I waited 15 minutes for coffee and it was already cold. No one called my numberLast time I waited 20 minutes

The girl who makes the burgers doesn't have gloves, digs in her nose between taking two ingredients. It's truly horrible. I understand that McDonald's is cheap, but there is a limit to sanitation. I left without eating my meal. Please train your employees better.
