Always cold fries even when I ask for hot fries, many times out of ice in the summer. Slow service even when there’s no one else in line. Today I had to go back around and waste 10 minutes of my life. Not fun or fair. I paid $16 for a cold trio and feel ripped off!

Money FRAUD or LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY of the management.
Mid-August we had a terrible experience with this particular McDonalds. Either they were trying to fool us for money or they were refusing to take responsibility for their own system.
We ordered via mobile order and paid in the application. Upon arrival to drive through we were told that they didn’t receive the payment and that the order was cancelled. We double checked: on our side our money was taken and not returned nor a pending reimbursement transaction was visible.
We walked to avoid blocking the driveway and talked to the person in charge for a good 15 minutes.
He tried to assure us that the money would automatically return in the next couple of days. And all we needed to do is pay a second time and if it doesn’t we’d have to call our bank to cancel the transaction.
(Fast forward a month the money DID NOT RETURN)
But on that day we agreed under the condition that he gives us a written and signed paper explaining the situation (which we could use as a proof to our bank in case the money is not returned automatically since our bank usually asks documents to support the claim).
His response was “NO”. And he asked to see the order to verify the total. Since it wasn’t much he said: fine I’ll give it to you for free.
FOR FREE!?
We paid for it and the service and the food we received was awful.
First attempt: wrong burger + 10 minutes waiting in line for adjustment.
Second attempt: the burger is wrapped in some dirty paper and seemed to be damaged with a hole in it + 10 minutes wait time in line.
Third attempt: wrong burger and at this point we’re afraid that it has something unsanitary within it.
To conclude: We lost an hour of our time, we couldn’t enjoy our food and we felt accused for not willing to pay when we actually did. The entire evening was ruined.
I feel sorry for the employees that have to deal with this management and for the clients that don’t get what they pay for.

The toilette was damaged , dirty , no soap the dtore is also dirty

The drinks were warm, no ice or gas, the fries were cold, and the supervisor left my order on the counter but didn't say it was ready and walked away. I had to wait several minutes until someone showed up to ask if it was ready

I was hungry and it was like midnight and I ordered a mcdouble with a junior trio and I ended up not having my mcdouble, my drink was half full and the fries were thin and the drink was deg serious do better bro

Terrible service: I waited an hour to collect my complete order, and unfortunately this is not the first time. I ask you to react, because with the high prices charged at McDonald's, it would be legitimate to have a service up to par. Even though the work is not always pleasant and customers can be demanding, an effort to improve service would be greatly appreciated.

Quand nous allons à cette succursales c’est un minimum de 20 minutes d’attente chaques fois même au service au volant et là je parle d’une commande normal pour 2 personnes. Aujourd’hui commande avec doordash … j’ai un trio complet manquant et un sandwich au poulet à la place d’un quart de livre… vraiment rien de positif à dire sur cette succursale

Pire mcdo basket three long
I work on the road and regularly, 1x to 3x week, I stop for a drive-thru meal at different McDonald's. Generally it's good, but more disappointment. Often dry bread or a warmed sandwich. Today I had a quarter pounder with cheese with a cheeseburger. The quarter pounder was dry, cold and disgusting. I didn't eat half of it. The bun on it was smaller, I think it was a small hamburger bun, the meat was dry and springy and the fries were cold and the casserole was not full as usual. It gave me the impression that this sandwich had been left on a shelf for a couple of days and reheated. By far the worst hamburger of my entire life and this honor goes to St-Amable. Maybe it was leftovers from an employee's meal the day before.
