The exteriors are only the particular aspect and inside is the typical fastfokd chain. But do check out the seasonal menu changes as well as for foreigners what sets Canadian McDo outlets apart from the rest.

Due to an error in their system I was robbed. I paid my bill, and because of this computer bug they wanted to charge me twice. They didn't want to refund me or give me my order. Even if I showed them that the money had been taken from my account. I have never experienced a situation like this in a store or in a restaurant. Worst restaurant experience I've had. And worst service offered by employees. No consideration on their part. And so far I still haven't been reimbursed. It's theft. Too bad we can't give 0 stars.

Amazing Macdonald very nice view of the tourist street A McDonald's as we like them, very nice decoration and atmosphere inside
I've never seen any McDonald's located at sofisticated shape. It's located in downtown Quebec in local building. However it does not show off its golden arch, it literally harmonized with other architechures around it. Foods are good as always. One thing I found special is there is a Security Guard!

This place is conveniently located in the heart of the Old Quebec City. You will not see the usual golden arches here. Instead they have a nice plaque with their logo.
The place offers the usual Macdonald's food. The staff is friendly and quick. The dining area is spacious. There are 2 stories and the dining room upstairs offers some nice views of the street. The washroom and other amenities were well maintained.
Parking: The place does not have a dedicated parking lot due to the location.
Kid-friendliness: The place is kid friendly. Has feeding chairs, diaper changing facilities and is spacious.

I don't get the right order, which I waited for, and instead of simply giving me what I actually asked for, they ask me to return the food I got, so they can throw it in the trash, and then make me wait another 15 mins because of their incompetence. In other words, anything to prevent me from getting any kind of compensation for their lack of care in their work. I didn't want to wait anymore, so I ate what I got the first time. Wonderful experience... Make sure you like what you receive.

Every time I order there on Doordash there is something missing from my order. Once they forgot the sauces with my trio of 10 croquettes, the other time they forgot a poutine, after that a drink was missing. To be honest, I don't think I've ever had an order executed correctly on Doordash. I don't know if it's the employees who just don't care, but it's really pitiful...
