We ordered 2 simple trios and 2 junior. 1 big mac with fries and coke, 10 nuggets, poutine and smoothie. No change in them. They forgot our fries and there was a big black hair in one of the junior. You could think it was busy, but it was close to closure time so no it wasn't busy. Really disapointing. I can give them that, we did get our order fast, but it's easy to give it fast since not everything is in it.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. After ordering a full menu, I asked for a simple glass of water to accompany my meal, but the staff refused to provide it. It's amazing to have to pay for water after having already spent money on a meal. It’s about basic service and respect for the customer. McDonald's should seriously review their policy on this matter because it leaves a very bad taste, both literally and figuratively. I won't be back anytime soon.

We went this afternoon, June 15, the one who gave us our order looked mean and stupid.
My friend found a spit in his hamburger which can be very dangerous knowing that he could very well have swallowed it. When I went to talk to the manager, he simply offered another hamburger without seeming too concerned about the problem.

Our fries ? are completely cold. To carry our trays it is much too far from the restaurant. The liquor counter is very dirty and stuck.
