Never again will I go to drink or eat at McDonald's at Waltmart on Jules Verne, take out the trash, replace everything and prepare the orders without washing my hands. Enjoy your meal to all and tell you the opposite even if we saw it with our own eyes.

Deluxe crispy Mc... For $9 a burger you could have at least put a real slice of tomato and not a completely hard and unripe end. When I opened the box all the salad was completely outside of the burger. A minimum !

Just now around 3:30 a.m. I went to McDonald's to buy 2 ice cream coffees, I received them 30 minutes later. Their terminal did not work, the payment had to be placed on my card but the order was not sent to the kitchen. I tell myself that an error is coming from the computer, it doesn't always work. I go to the lady or the service counter and describe the problem and show proof of my payment. She mumbles something I didn't understand and then ignores me. I go back to see her a second time thinking she hasn't understood and she still ignores me. At this point I started to get angry and decided to insist because I had paid for these two coffees. The third time I ask her she refuses, I persist with it but she always refuses. My sister, finding it long, came to join me and she also had to persist with employing him. In the end after 4 requests, from ignorance of using it she made our coffee. Unfortunately I don't know the name of her employer but she was working today December 22, 2023 at 3:30pm. Please hire employees who know how to work. Plus she worked so slowly there was a line of 5 customers and 2 orders and nothing was moving. Even when working in restaurants, I could never have done anything worse. It should not be tolerating a mistake it happens but ignoring and avoiding the problem when you are using these non-respect of cowardice and innocence. On this note, have a lovely evening.

Never had such a bad experience at any other McDonalds. The people working here probably are not wanted at other locations and get sent here because the service is abysmally bad. Avoid this one and just go to the nearby McDonalds a couple min away.
