Charline offered us an exceptional service reminiscent of the good years of customer service. She listened and responded to the need. His burger was incredible, the best restaurant in Quebec!

As for the food, it is of remarkable quality. We can detect a refinement and a study of advanced flavors.

Kid-friendliness: Although the atmosphere is intended for a "mature" and professional audience, the place is suitable for children, but it is not a playground.

J'y retournerai probablement.

The concept of a Smash Burger is there to save money. Two tiny meatballs <<all dry>> no condiments for $20. It's not normal that a Burger trio from a fast food restaurant has better value for money. Make an effort and stop using mediocrity.

We took a poutine at Mlle Inès and it was by far NOT the best I've tried. It was end of day l, and we could feel the waitress was not happy to see us few minutes before they close.
I won't recommend, the poutune at least.

Located in a space shared by several establishments, the restaurant consists of a hotplate surrounded by a counter. The light is subdued and the decor is reminiscent of a festive evening in Italy. As there is a constant noise due to the large number of people present and the impossibility of clearly discerning the expressions of the interlocutors, it is really not a place for the hearing impaired.
As we can see the way our burgers are prepared, I wish the waitress hadn't unconsciously passed the slice of cheese that was supposed to be in my sandwich from one hand to the other while chatting with her colleague.
Plus, a burger costing over $20 isn’t the place to eat around a counter in a luxury food court!

The Gourmet District is a food court with plenty of restaurant choices. Of the five who were there with me, I had the best dish with a Miss Inès burger. I will go back!
