First experience with this company and I will return for other purchases. The teas are tasty, very impressed for a very reasonable price. Went online and received quickly. 6 flavors tried so far and not at all disappointed. All with a different taste profile. I recommend to everyone. No added sugar for flavor or other ingredients like candy pieces or the like.

My mother came to visit Saturday December 16, 2023 to buy a few things. There were 3 employees, one helping someone, understandable. But the other 2 were chatting together while drinking coffee. During her visit these 2 chatting employees never came to see my mother if she needed help. So unprofessional, my mother will no longer come to see Mr. Tea including myself. We are so disappointed with the service, despite the love we have for the products offered.

For more informed purchases I prefer that the prices of the products are displayed.There is, however, a small sign indicating a discount of x% depending on the quantity taken, and on certain "daily" teas a discount of 15% (from memory), but the base price is invisible or well hidden. .

We waited 30 minutes just to leave.The girl who worked on August 19 at 1am… there were 4 clients. How are you able to make customers wait half an hour for 3 customers in front of them? PitifulEdit: thanks for your response, but 30 minutes to respond to 1-2 clients is extremely intense.Good day

Quebec company offering very good quality TEA hence the name of the store "Monsieur T".Since I was made to taste the TEAS from this store, I am still as satisfied as at the beginning.Lately, I even bought myself a bottle of "Monsieur T." written that way on the bottle. I make my TEA in the morning but I only drink it at the end of the afternoon; my tea stays as hot as in the morning.I strongly advise you to try their products and get the large airtight white bottle ?
