A truly wonderful culinary discovery at this 5 stars hotel. We went for the evening buffet on December 25th and wow, what a selection! Unlimited snow crab, trout gravlax, fresh oysters, a whole rib of beef cut in front of you and much more... The service was also 5 star standing and very professional. Please don't change a thing at the Bonne Entente!

My 4 yo son and I attended the Mother’s Day brunch this morning and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Quebec City having lived here for 4 years. The service, the food and the atmosphere were all exceptional. You can tell the staff care deeply about the guest experience and they spared no detail in ensuring all the families attending felt the love and warmth they deserve on such an important occasion. It's worth noting that I stayed at Le Bonne Entente 5 years ago while I was pregnant and the rooms, property and facilities (like the games room and happy hour) were outstanding and consistent with our experience at MC Lounge. I highly recommend tourists and residents try this establishment and expect you won't be disappointed. I hope to make this Mother's Day brunch an annual tradition and will be careful to watch for other occasions as well. Merci beaucoup!!

I had booked the Christmas dinner buffet at the MC Lounge. We had booked for 8 o'clock. Well, apparently, when you book for the last "service", you have to expect to run out of some food at the buffet. Even though the price was the same at $109 per head, a lot of things were missing from the buffet. No more turkey, no more veggies, only potatoes, no more cheese station, half the desserts were gone and no more fruits for the chocolate fountain. We were quite disappointed, especially for a Christmas supper and for the price. One would expect, again, to be treated like a respected customer and get the same choices as someone having booked the earlier service. That was not the case. Although I will say that the food that was left was very good.

We booked for 7 people, lunch Saturday November 30, 2024. 3 people out of 7 did not receive their entire order even after having mentioned it to the waitress and waiter 3 times (did not receive the butter, nor the maple syrup, nor an extra napkin) . The food was lukewarm in all cases and the plates rather bare. We left very disappointed. The quality/price ratio is not there at all. Although we have enjoyed going there in the past, we are not ready to return to the MC Lounge. Really disappointed.
