Thinnest pretzel I’ve ever eaten. For some reason I went for a second one thinking it would be bigger, but I was sadly wrong. It was frustrating. If you really want a decent pretzel, go to Laurier’s.

Stopped at the mall on my graduation trip. I ordered a pretzel and when the cashier left the machine with a printed receipt I, for some reason, assumed she wanted me to rip it myself.
When I did, she gave me a dirty look and the rest of the workers talked bad about me because they assumed I couldn’t understand French. I am fluent.
Ruined my day completely - I regret assuming she wanted me to take the receipt myself.

Extremely stupid cashier and does not respond to hello. I am extremely disappointed by the attitude of the cashier during my visit. Looking at me with an unwelcoming look, she seemed bothered by the customers. I have to at least give them that the pretzel was good despite the staff.

Require that employees speak Spanish, English and nothing about French, nonsense in Quebec let's see and what's more if you speak Spanish you will have priority for employment, think I missed something there.

These soft pretzels are amazing especially when they are fresh out of the oven. I was so happy when they opened in Place Laurier, but I still enjoy getting one when I’m at The Galerie de la Capitale.

Worst place NEVER ORDER THE2 employees not dressed in mr pretzel tell everyone it's pretzel in 20 min AS they talk to their friends on the other side of the counterWhen you order you wait of course and you have time to see their back store: not at all clean of the ice cream cafes of the mcdo lying around, caps lying around on the equipment and friends of theirs come in from behind not at all unsuitable tied hair and use slush for free and come out like it's her homeJust talk don't remember your order and do nothing

Completely awful! 2 employees who have nothing to do with customers! A queue and no customers answered as the girls chat with their friends who come in and out of the backstore to help themselves to the slush.They made the pretzels without gloves and one of the two was using her personal phone at the same time, no net, drinks started everywhere.Everything looked dirty.Deplorable service from the employees, I would unfortunately not return there again!
