My favorite place to eat the most delicious burrito. Thanks to the worker He was patient with me in choosing the ingredients for my burrito, given that I am pregnant. Excellent customer service.

Delicious as usual! But today (April 20) I went there around 1:30 p.m. and a girl with braids in the trim section gave me very bad service... to me, my boyfriend and the lady last us. She didn't give me the right sauces or the right toppings even though I had been clear, and honestly I would have more to say about her totally disgusting service but I'm going to stick to that. A little smile doesn't hurt either!? :)

Portions have decreased a lot, $50 for two people with the tip is excessive, the employees don't care a bit. I wouldn't come back.

10/10 the food is amazing

It’s a shame though, the prices are a little high for the service offered. The tacos were good, the chips were basic and the cheese sauce was quite watery compared to other restaurants. The person working at the time clearly didn't want to work, even while trying to be nice to him.

To put into context, we were regular customers of this place before today. About two burritos a week. However, after being refused service because he did not want to use their plates twice in a row, and especially with the attitude of the employee during the last meeting, we will no longer be regular customers.We were refused service twice in a row: once at 4:15 p.m. (early August) and the other at 3:55 p.m. (Sunday August 13). Both times, the same two employees were behind the counter.The last time was really unacceptable.The employees on site (Sunday August 13, 2023) did not seem to want to have a client. I told him that it was early to close the burritos at 3:55 p.m. and that they were going to lose customers (us) if they stopped serving burritos at that time (more than an hour before closing). We had made the detour by car precisely for that. His response was to wave at us with a byebye and say "Ok bye". A huge lack of respect and consideration for the customer from the employee behind the counter. Especially since on my side, I remained calm and polite throughout the interaction.Extremely disappointed.

The food is good, but the service average. It was super slow when there was hardly anyone when I went.

Unpleasant experience so far. Asked for burritos and they did no offer bins and lettuce. When I asked one of my burritos was already wrapped and they could not make me new one.Low customer service.

Price gouging $20 for 4 tacos and it's not really full of scam!

I arrive around 4:30 and the clerks tell me they are closed. Simply because he didn't want to warm up the plate again. I'm really disappointed with the poor service!
