With all due respect to the coffee world, the chai blend I was served was honestly undrinkable. I can't form a definitive opinion, because I've only been there once, but the taste of this chai latte doesn't tempt me to come back. Hoping to have the chance to come back for another review.
Good coffee! I also bought coffee cups and they are excellent!

Nothing special — just a coffee shop. The food options are very limited. we decided to walk right next door to the bakery and get fresh food

A small latté for 5$ is crazy! And then asking for a minimum of $0.75 for tip is really insulting.
