Very bad attention I live 40 minutes from the store and I have already come twice to ask for a coupon and they only refuse me the people who are there have a very bad attitude. Completely disappointed!!!
Mon conjoint et moi nous sommes rendu en succursale afin d’acheter une machine à café. Après 15 minutes à regarder les machines, aucun employé n’est venu nous demander si nous avions besoin d’aide. Lorsque j’ai regardé autour pour demander de l’aide les commis n’étaient pas du tout réceptifs. Nous avons quitté et ne serons pas clients de Nespresso.
I give 2 stars for the waiting time! Even if you just want to buy, you have to wait behind the people who chat and taste endlessly, because there is no queue!
Normally I order online, but today I had nothing left at home. I'll plan ahead next time, so I don't waste my lunch break waiting!
Luckily the coffee is good!

I compare going to the Nespresso store to going to the doctor. Always endless waiting. Luckily the coffee is good. Ordering online remains a better alternative.

Very good coffee but expensive
I went in this store just to look as I am a tourist from Miami who loves her Nespresso Coffee. Anastasia was there working and I just want to say she is the most amazing employee you had there that day. She made our experience so memorable by first making us a delicious chocolate coffee and then selling us quote a package. She gave us an amazing sale and service. She is very sweet and caring but also accommodating since we didn't know what we wanted. Jer patience with us is unreal and she really changed how we see Quebec and Nespresso. She really needs an award because she is the face of your company amd we couldn't have asked for better. We left with a new machine and a gift and a bunch of sleeves of coffee, but also with a smile in our faces and a sweet memory in pur hearts!

Five stars for the welcome by the hostess.She took the time to show me the milk frother and make the comparisons with kindness and professionalism.Then she invited me to the tasting counter where a colleague was preparing lattes with a customer. The latter suggested that we join him, which was done. With my purchase of a milk frother already in my pocket, I was about to enjoy it.Surprise! So the individual passed the delicious mixture in front of my nose and decided to throw it in the sink while his client continued tasting. Taken aback, I looked at my hostess who also seemed surprised.I thanked him for his welcome and left.When I returned I placed my orders on Amazon. Damage.

I would like to express my disappointment with the service received during my visit to the Nespresso Place Ste-Foy store in Quebec. While I was waiting in line, an important phone call interrupted me. A salesman intervened and made a comment to me that took me by surprise: he informed me in an undiplomatic manner that if I hung up, he would serve me, but otherwise, he would let me continue my telephone conversation.I understand the importance of maintaining a pleasant environment in the store, I believe that the situation could have been addressed in a more discreet and respectful manner. Not only was the seller's comment unhelpful, given that I was already planning to hang up as soon as it was my turn to be served, but it also made me feel devalued and neglected as a customer.I am a regular customer of Nespresso and have always appreciated the quality of your customer service. However, this experience tarnished the image I had of your brand. I share this incident in the hope that you will consider this feedback to improve the training of your staff, ensuring that future interactions are handled with more tact and professionalism.

Bon service en magasin mais retour de ma machine après plus de 14 jours(environ 21 jours) chez club Nespresso car défectueuse. Appel le 3 octobre pour remboursement(30 jours ouvrables) ce qui mène au14 nov. Je dois refaire 2 appels depuis cette date et on me dit délai de 5 jours avant remboursement. Aujourd'hui 6 décembre et toujours rien reçu, service déplorable, tous renvoient au superviseur mais rien ne bouge.
Service rapide et courtois. Les conseillers connaissent bien leurs produits et font de bonnes recommandations.

À l'achat c'est top !! Mais, armez-vous de patience lors d'échanges... assurez-vous que votre ''remboursement'' est bel et bien revenu ... lequel, qui selon eux, est instantané ! La boutique te renvoie au Club Nespresso, et vice versa...
