Ordered takeout from here the first night in Quebec City based on the positive reviews. My experience overall was disappointing. Online ordering system said food would be ready in 10 minutes, I arrived 15 mins later. They hadn’t even started making the order (just two basic poke bowls). For some reason the floor of the restaurant was wet. There were about 5 other people in the restaurant, and as I continued to wait an additional 30 mins, every single person waiting had gone up at least once to inquire about their order. I considered canceling my order and getting food elsewhere but decided to stick it out. After finally getting my food and opening it up, multiple aspects of the order were wrong (eg. Paid extra for quinoa but got rice instead). The food itself was fine - tasty but nothing to rave about. Maybe it was a fluke, maybe not, but I definitely won’t be coming back or recommending it. In fact, the Metro grocery store next door has sushi/poke bowls to grab and go. I ultimately wished that I had just done that instead.

I ordered the Mapò poutine with beef heart as part of Poutine Week. Huge disappointment!!! There was barely any gravy/sauce, rendering the dish too salty and dry. It would have been nice if it really had sauce, something basic in poutine. The beef heart was delicious, that's the only positive thing about the dish. Not worth it for the money spent... We ordered via UberEats (my husband had a bowl that was also dry) and ended up paying $70!!! I highly doubt I would order her again. 🫤

This was one of our standouts in Quebec City. We got le végé 2.0 with vegan mayo. It was a delicious and well balanced dish that hit all its marks : crunchy and fresh, filling, creamy, spicy, with every ingredient playing together perfectly. And c'mon, 3 kinds of plant protein at once?! What's not to love.

I've been eating at Ogari for 2 days during my dinner breaks and tomorrow will probably be the 3rd! Excellent service from all the staff. I have the small Korean bowl with Korean beef and bulgogi beef, it’s really delicious, light and healthy 😇
Notice modified: Second time this week that I've ordered from Ogari with extra Korean beef, and it's been twice that it's been forgotten. Yet no traffic. The portion is exactly the same as a regular one. Very small! Make an effort anyway!

I would give it a 10 if I could. Incredible portions for the price and it's still just as good. We've ordered several times and we always get the same thing, the Korean bowl, a real treat. We have it delivered so it's difficult to rate the service, but I give it 5 because from what I've heard the team is very pleasant! We are customers for life! (Unless there are changes. I highly recommend it (the cheese wontons are also excellent)

Although the bowls themselves were tasty, they were very overpriced given the small portions of actual meet provided with each bowl. Paid about $23 for a medium bowl and there were tiny portions of protein. More protein and these become more reasonably priced.
