Very good taste experience which is a change from the fast food or identical restaurants that you find on every street corner coming from the same chains... I really liked the orientation of the restaurant which works with a producer of quality pork, chicken and beef (the voltigeurs, the workshop), which is far from the usual concerns of restaurants in general. Also… very good service from the young women behind the counter, top notch! You made me taste kimchi and I bought a jar of it😉

Discovered during an evening nail appointment; and since then it's the best place for poke bowl lovers, whether it's delivery or on site.From the moment we entered, the casual, modern ambiance created an atmosphere that was welcoming and conducive to a memorable dining experience.The poke bowls we enjoyed turned out to be some of the best we have ever enjoyed. The freshness of the ingredients was undeniable, with each bite an explosion of exquisite flavors. The innovative combinations of proteins, vegetables and sauces added a unique flavor dimension to each bowl.The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff. They took the time to walk us through the menu, answer our questions and customize our orders based on our preferences. The speed of food preparation contributed to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.What really set this establishment apart was the attention to detail. The artistic presentation of the poke bowls was not only aesthetically pleasing but also added to the anticipation before savoring each dish. Whether it's the Korean bowl with fried tofu or the classic salmon, both are recommended.Overall, this place exceeded our expectations and firmly cemented itself as one of our favorite places to enjoy poke bowls. Il s'agit d'un comptoir auto-service (donc pas d'interaction avec les employés pour commander). J'ai payé environ 35$ tx et 2$ de pourboire inclus pour un bol double saumon avec un extra crevette tempura et 2 dumpling vege. J'ai été déçue de la qualité et fraîcheur du saumon. Cela goûtait le vieux saumon . Le reste des ingrédients était de qualité très bon, excepté le "guacamole" qui beneficierait de plus de fraîcheur (oxydé). Pour le prix payé j'ai été déçue de la qualité des aliments.Points positif :- bonne portion- choix très varié et beaucoup d'option pour personnaliser- excellent dumpling végé- caisse self-servePoints négatifs :- fraîcheur et goût du saumon- fraîcheur et goût du guacamole (l'avocat en tranche hors guac était frais par contre)- prix- prix très élevé des ajouts/extra.
