Huge disappointment for New Year's Eve.
We wanted to buy a log. Interested in log chouchou, No one is able to tell us what this log is.
After 3 sellers, one told us something that turned out to be false.
He left out the salted butter caramel!!!!
We don't like the salted butter caramel taste at all. They ruined our New Year's Eve.

It was a nice large set up. Good if you’re looking for a break from the business of the street outside. The food is not top notch (sort of what you’d get from chain coffee shop) but that’s not necessarily a deal breaker. Although I will say the ham and cheese croissant was good. I would still return.

Like a fine brasserie in Paris, with Quebecois warmth and laid-back atmosphere.

Delicious, very good coffee in terms of atmosphere, it's quite noisy when it comes to moving chairs, the "calls" to pick up the order are made very loudly.
Perhaps it would be a good idea to stock up on knives, we couldn't get any....

The meals and pastries are excellent. The customer service is also very good. The atmosphere was pleasant with the presence of the accordionist.
Only negative point: there is no changing table, so it is impossible to change babies if necessary... It is essential to find this type of equipment, especially since the space of the bathroom is allow.

Pastry defrosts, bread dry... disappointed for a "known" pastry.

“Hello Hi”? Really? Are we resuming in Quebec what made Montreal businesses look ridiculous a few years ago?
When I complained about this, I was told in an aggressive tone that it was a tourist area. When I said that in Paris, we say "Hello" and that everyone understood, I was told "I don't care." The tall blond guy who works Friday nights could use a little customer service training.
And sure enough, despite what I paid, my holiday mint mocha was replaced with a latte that tasted like water.
No, I will no longer support this local business

We went in to get mille-feuille, which was excellent. But what stood out was the service. We went in at noon and got some take away goodies, we opened the box in the evening only to realize that two of the pastries were missing. We told them about it and didn’t really have a receipt, but the manager stepped in, and gave us the missing pastries at 6pm. It was a wonderful experience and we were very touched by the gesture.

We ordered the broccoli quiche, plain croissant, and almond croissant. Croissants were all but inedible. Seriously, don’t come here if you’re looking for a decent croissant.
