Another bakery hyped up but found mediocre. If you are in the area may try but don’t expect something great.

NOT RECOMMENDED ‼️Every time I went there hoping for an improvement it was a disappointment! The reception is always cold, as if they don't want to work or else we're quickly dismissed!Today is the last time I set foot there. The little pain au chocolat appears to be at least 3 days old. Elastic, cold, inedible. They don't even bother to reheat it so it tastes better at least. She wraps it in a bag for me while I repeat to her that it is to be consumed on site with a latte. She leaves it in the bag and the latte in a disposable cup. What are the bowls on the counter for?I sit down, I look at the other customers, those who have taken the same thing; For some it is served in bowls and on a tray.Let's move on to the prices: it's exaggerated!I pay almost $5 for the smallest size latte in a cup ?????Too bad for such a space because the atmosphere resembles that of summer camp canteens. The toilets are over and I'll spare you lots of details.....However, it was not the workforce that was lacking. There were several of them and some were not busy especially since there was no Line Up for once....I notice that despite lots of negative comments from other customers, no improvement seems to have been made nor that the negative image bothers them.....?

Meh. It’s ok. Nespresso coffee and basic pastries that don’t stand up to some I’ve had in other parts of the world.

What terrible service! We were supposed to pick up an order before 7 p.m. today, but when we showed up at the restaurant at 6:55 p.m. the doors were locked and the staff saw us, but never came to answer the door! Very peculiar.

The medium-sized coffee is the equivalent of a small elsewhere... but at the price of a medium. $6 for 8oz!!!

Always excellence in old Quebec,Not to be missed during your visit
This is an institution for a reason. Cafeteria style vibe but make it French classy. The combo (quiche + salad + a mini baked good) is just enough food for lunch and there's enough choice to make it worthwhile. Food is delicious and there are good healthy options too. But the pastries are where they really shine. This almondine with chocolate was the perfect light snack. They could use a bit of variety with their tea choices though...

The salespeople did not know the products. The pastries are too expensive (2x more expensive than elsewhere). The toilets are very dirty.

Popped in here for a quick coffee and snack while exploring Quebec City. Plenty of space to sit although a little more expensive than we are used to ($25 for 2 coffees and 2 pastries)
