I had a vegan bowl with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, tofu and sweet potato. Was pretty delicious. Unfortunately, this was the only option for vegans they had, but it was delicious regardless.
They did also have milk alternatives, which was great to see!

As a retired coffee-snob, finding a nice café with knowledgeable staff is somewhat rare. Parlabas Café rotates their coffee selection regularly and the baristas pull a wicked espresso.
The giftshop part is filled with local products from teas to chocolates and soaps.
Wonderful place to taste good coffee and relax in good company.

Beautiful little store. Many choices for self service with your own containers and jars. What really struck me was Many products like for example honey, coffee, shampoo or even oils were in the big containers so you can filled your own empty jars or bags. Very interesting idea and very thoughtful about our environment.

Travelling from Massachusetts. Always in search of vegan friendly food. This is a quaint little cafe. Great place to relax with a coffee /tea while reading, studying or working. We had matcha lattes, a date square and a butter croissant. All very good. Young lady working at the counter was professional and friendly. Will definitely return if we travel this way again.

It's a lovely, very pleasant café, the atmosphere and decor are really cozy. It is possible to work there in peace and there are plenty of outlets to plug in your electronic devices. Special mention to their banana smoothie coffee, I love it (it's a drink I have regularly and it's the best I've tasted in Quebec). The food is good and there are some great vegan options.
