I had a vegan bowl with quinoa, tomatoes, cucumbers, tofu and sweet potato. Was pretty delicious. Unfortunately, this was the only option for vegans they had, but it was delicious regardless.
They did also have milk alternatives, which was great to see!

As a retired coffee-snob, finding a nice café with knowledgeable staff is somewhat rare.
Parlabas Café rotates their coffee selection regularly and the baristas pull a wicked espresso.
The giftshop part is filled with local products from teas to chocolates and soaps.
Wonderful place to taste good coffee and relax in good company.

Many choices for self service with your own containers and jars.
What really struck me was Many products like for example honey, coffee, shampoo or even oils were in the big containers so you can filled your own empty jars or bags.
Very interesting idea and very thoughtful about our environment.
