Catastrophe!!! J’étais avec un ami qui visitait Québec pour la 1ère fois. 2 employés seulement et grande difficulté à comprendre le français. Le cuisinier ne parlait pas français. 4 personnes dans le resto et attente très longue.Frites terriblement sèches, hamburgers minuscules et froids. Cet endroits a perdu toutes ses lettres de noblesse. Rien à voir comme avant!!!

We went to this canteen to eat a chicken burger and a club sandwich. We go to a local canteen to encourage local because we find that it is more relevant than encouraging the big American brands. That being said, I have to say that the food was very disappointing. The club was average, the chicken was still dry, the tomato was dried out, clearly it wasn't a tomato cut from the day. I ate one and a half fries, first of all the texture of the fries indicates from 3 kilometers away that they are frozen and what's more, they tasted like bacon!! I asked for an explanation and the answer was: yes it tastes a little but that's not why..... the chicken burger was good overall but the meatball had a strange texture in the middle, the breading was like half cooked in weird tk. We ate the club and half the burger because it was really not appetizing. Would you like to eat frozen bacon-flavored fries at a restaurant that lists the best fries in town? Come on guys...In short, a $45 bill with tip for mostly frozen food and not good quality, so I clearly do better at home. It's a shame for the owner because we won't come back to encourage you again.Ps: I gave 1 star for the service because you have to get up to get your order from the kitchen and clear your table when leaving. I don't think I have any service at that time.
