The salmon pâté is really bad. I threw it away after 2 bites. No salmon apparent. The filling is a pink and almost firm mixture, bland and tasteless, let alone that of salmon. It's the worst thing I've bought in Quebec. Very disappointing from a pastry shop that claims to offer traditional dishes.

I bought a mini pie dish, there were circles of green mold on the top. Considering that there is meat in there, I find it serious that it remained in the display for so long that it could develop mold. It could be a food risk. At this point I was still like 'mistakes happen, I'm not going to post a review just for that.'
I told the employee so she replaced the pie with another one, and this one had a hair in it. I had taken a bite before realizing and honestly it was inedible. Once mold, once hair is enough I regret... please take care to throw away your food that exceeds its consumption interval.
