Very stupid employee, I felt like I had ruined her day even though I was very courteous. She was poking her nose without washing her hands and it looked like someone had vomited on the counter because it was so dirty.

Rude customer service. Asked for a glass of water after a long shopping day for getting tell that they were water fountain further. After, they filled a cup with water and drank it while looking at us. Plus the price are so high for not that much when the Laura Secord is nicer with lowest prices and better customer service. They’re talking instead of working when the counter is sticky and full of trash. Would not recommend.

I asked for a glass of water since I wasn't feeling well, then they answered me with a nasty look, pointing at me with a water bottle, handing me a mini glass and telling me that I was able to walk.. So I went to Laura Lecond and they gave me a glass of water and smiled at me. I was planning to buy a Qwelli but too bad. It was November 1, 2024 at 6:30 p.m.

We are customers used to this place, the service today by your thin was zero. The new one gave us 2 scoops equivalent to $4 on a cone then the other approved and said that that's the format and that all the times we visited were errors. If it's nothing for a $9 cone, good for you, it's our last time. If it's customer service, teach them to manage better and know how to treat a customer.

Bad experience already in my first time. I asked for a latte and it only had milk, I was asked to remove some of the milk and add more coffee, the waitress refused to do so, at least I paid for a new latte. I found it really ordinary, because the latte was the worst I've ever had in my life. Finally, to avoid continuing to stress myself, I left the coffee to the waitress
