I took something to bring and when I got home unfortunately I hadn't checked on site but for a simple chicken sandwich, it took 10 minutes or more. way overcooked even my dog wouldn't have eaten it. pay $12 for a chicken sandwich I won't do it again I will go to Boulevard Hamel because it may be new but the people who work there are too slow.?

I've been there 4 times now. 1 time out of 4 where I received my complete order, without error and without waiting more than 30 minutes. Tonight was the last time I went there. The chicken was DISGUSTING!!!!! Just greasy and undercooked, even the macaroni salad tasted weird.

Message for MR the owner of the Louis my order of 2 bowls shared, the attendant informed me that the special was no longer offered since the day before, i.e. Saturday (the advertisement should no longer appear on the site's internet, the attendant replied that he could not do nothing and it wasn't his problem...note: Monday the 28th the ad is still on TV) and I continue with 1 barrel at 45.00 and I am told that the sauce and salad are not included so provide an extra charge. Barely 10 mm, after leaving the counter what should have been dinner for 4 was on the table...surprise...the potatoes were lukewarm/cold so 80% took the trash, now the popcorn chicken was quite cold to reheat it so very ordinary and the chicken in pieces very very far and does not even compare to what I ate in at least 4 other PFK in the region, the chicken was so defrosted that I wonder when it had been prepared during the day, but had been reheated and overcooked for the breading and the interior not overcooked since the meat did not come off the bones in addition to a taste of old oil. What was good was the sauce and salad...quite a supper. So guessed where to spend dinner, really incomprehensible to continue to be in business, for me the catering at your counter sounded the death knell and sorry for the publicity; P.S; When the cat is not there, the mice dance.

Painful place to go. They are lost in orders, errors in orders, employees are very slow. No customer service. We wait 45 to 60 minutes. I ordered at 4:45 p.m. and at 5:55 p.m. I still hadn't been served. I ordered online hoping it would be better, but they are unable to handle online orders, we just wait more. I understand why KFC closed before.
