For a first experience of Haitian food, I was not disappointed! I loved the pork shoulder griot with sticky rice which was one of the best rices I have eaten. For spicy fans, I recommend taking the little hot sauce. Be careful it's very spicy, but the taste is there I recommend! I'm definitely going to try the lamb again. There were plenty of other things that looked just as delicious. To try, very good restaurant!

Restaurant with Haitian cuisine on De L’Eglise in Quebec. I ate a dream meal. You can even go to their grocery store next door for other products. Great concept and delicious meal
