No business in Canada that cares about their customers less than them and associates kfc and Taco Bell. Completely Muslim run, can’t contact them at all, phone numbers that don’t work and invalid emails. Too many other fast food options to ever spend another penny at any of these sorry places.

I’ve been ordering pizza from here for years, they changed their “handcrafted” crust and I came never find the option to get the regular crust anymore when I order on the site. I’m always so disapponted by the crust now. After ordering tonight, I’m now done ordering from Pizza Hut. So disapponted

The pizza is mostly bread with a few sparse “toppings” and a meager amount of cheese.
They also send you “offers” for buy one get one after a purchase, then the stores won’t honour them - they say they are invalid. There is no indication on the coupon that there are any limitations on this. Total scam.

My first experience with your company was last Friday, and unfortunately, my order was messed up. I sent two emails, Facebook PM and completed your customer survey through the link you've sent, hoping for a response — but received none. I expected better from a business that claims to care about its customers. Ignoring feedbacks, especially after a negative experience, sends a clear message: customer service is not your priority. I am very disappointed with your company and will not order from you again.

This is what you get when you order from Pocatello, Idaho. I absorbed 75% of the whatever the this green puke is with paper towels before throwing it out. At least my donut bites were actually donut bites instead of improvised breadsticks crudely disguised as your three other dessert options. This pizza was free because of the meat lovers pan pizza with no meat I ordered last week and the 3 failures before that. Ya know what, you can keep my money, your “free pizza” coupons, your $5 delivery charge, and your pathetic soon to be 31% global approval rating because I’d rather live than get botulism, burst into convulsions, and die from the snapping of my bones!

I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.
