J'ai commandé mes pizzas et elles sont arrivées mal, brûlées et incorrectes car j'ai demandé le côté fourré au fromage, j'ai appelé le magasin et la personne au téléphone m'a dit que malheureusement ils ne pouvaient rien faire car il n'y avait pas de fromage, et que ma pizza n'était pas brûlée... I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.

Poor service. My friend and I went to the pizza hut in Quatre-bourgeois last night, Friday, at 10:20 p.m. The sign indicates that the restaurant closes at 11:00 p.m. We entered and the employee there was hiding in the back to avoid coming to serve us. After 5 minutes, she came out of her hiding place...and told us that the restaurant was closed and that she was no longer taking orders. It was now 10:25 a.m. This employee had already closed the restaurant to leave in advance. She therefore bluntly replied that she did not place orders or order online. How can the restaurant be closed for takeout but open for delivery? She immediately went back and hid in the back while I told her that the restaurant closed at 11 p.m. Where do you get your employees?! Obviously, we will never go back there.

Friendly staff, quick service, forgot to add the sauce for the mini brioches... Disappointment.
I ordered a cheese bread and luckily I ate it at home since the inside was not cooked(I don't know if it's supposed to be like that) but it was literally raw dough ? a little 10 minutes in the Air Fryer and the bread was perfect!

Very disappointed pizza not cooked enough I live 3 minutes by car when I arrived the pizza was already cold. In short, I didn't like my pizza.

Of all the pizzerias we tried, this was by far the most disappointing. We took the burger and chicken fajitas: a bland, rubbery crust base with so little topping that we could have confused them with pizzas with tomato sauce and cheese. We added just one extra green olive and we had black olives. I don't think I will order from this restaurant again.

I would like to say that I was a regular customer and that I NEVER had a problem with this pizza hut but today 05-30-2024 I had an insane experience. I went to the restaurant as usual and was served by a young brunette who doesn't speak French very well. First time I met her at the end Pm no problem until then, except that she seemed prioritize telephone calls to customers. Super unpleasant attitudes, stupid look at the meeting impossible to have a smile, deplorable service, I ordered chicken butcher with volcano sauce she gave me honey and garlic when I returned to tell her the error she had returned to her phone then sighed, rolling her eyes before coming to see me (well done customer service) I had to ask several times for the right sauce without success, she told me that it wasn't her problem , when I asked to speak to the manager she mentioned to me that it was her (I dare to believe that the restaurant is better managed) plus she has the nerve to try to charge me with extra volcano sauce!!! I'm afraid I won't return to this restaurant again, at least not for the next few months.
