J'ai commandé mes pizzas et elles sont arrivées mal, brûlées et incorrectes car j'ai demandé le côté fourré au fromage, j'ai appelé le magasin et la personne au téléphone m'a dit que malheureusement ils ne pouvaient rien faire car il n'y avait pas de fromage, et que ma pizza n'était pas brûlée... I would not order from campbellford ontario ever again, I ordered mac and cheese and it wasn't even half full. the noodles and cheese didn't even cover the bottom of the tray, my girlfriend has ordered it many times and it's always come to the top of the tray it comes in. I called and explained this and was told sorry it will be better next time... I said excuse me? you're not going to do anything about it? they said no and that if I wanted a refund I would have to come into the store. so I walked across town to return it and they fought with me for over 10 minutes telling me that the pizza is fine and I can only return the mac and cheese, when I finally got my refund and said I would not be returning I was responded with thats ok we have other customers from the blonde lady working the cash.

We were lucky enough to be welcomed by the kind manager of the place, a generous and courteous person. The pizza was hot and well topped. The fries too and the biscuit courtesy of the manager was decadent.
I highly recommend.

The pizza is okay. But the service is bad. They don't even come to answer you at the counter, the employees completely ignored me when I wanted to ask them a question about my order.
