Ordered pizzas on a Friday night, spoke with clerk over the phone who not only took my name down and address but confirmed my order and everything. When showing up for pickup as requested, not only they said they didnt have my order but did not offer any option to fix the situation. Spoke with owner who basically blamed me for not staying long enough at their location to wait for them to start preparing my order, basically starting the whole process again. Orders were taken on pieces of paper which were all over the place, no wonder why they've lost mine!

First time ordering as just moved in put in the request Just Moved in Blow us away what can i say no less than 20 minutes later it was at the front door piping hot and full with toppings food was excellent definitely be ordering again !!

The pizza is excellent, the servers are very good but… 45 minutes minimum before receiving the pizza and fries is unacceptable…. Three tables occupied for 3 pizzas in total and it took all this time to receive our order... imagine when the restaurant is full... after waiting so long for the main course, we preferred to go have coffee at home because we couldn't I don't know what time it would have been brought to us... if they prefer to take care of telephone orders why then have they opened a larger location when in the small “shack” where they were before, the orders came out smoothly. It’s a lack of organization and respect for customers in the dining room. We stop ourselves from going there for this reason and it's sad because they have such good pizza.

Nice place with very good pizza. I recommend to all pizza lovers.
I have never eaten there. However, it is one of our favorite pizzerias in Quebec. Additionally, they have several choices of pizza with goat cheese for those who have dietary restrictions on dairy products. I recommend the quartet to allow you to taste 4 pizzas delivered!
Dietary restrictions: Several options with goat cheese or parmesan, therefore lactose-free.
Kid-friendliness: Quartet is perfect for all the children to choose the pizza of their choice.

The pizzas are excellent. The recipes are unique and there is something for everyone. I often have the Stromboli which is my favorite spicy pizza ever. I have several friends who tried it and everyone loved it. Parmesan, special vegetarian, Mexican, Swiss, duck, etc. In short, several essential pizzas on the menu. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Our experience this evening, arrived around 5:10pm and ordered around 5:20pm. Were the first customers. No one else inside. At 5:50 p.m. we asked if we had been forgotten because other customers were now present and pizzas were coming out. Answer: when there are orders to exit it takes longer. Curiously around 6:00 p.m. our pizza suddenly appeared after our questioning, we ordered fries which arrived in the middle of the meal around 6:10 p.m. while half the pizza was eaten. The staff seemed indifferent to our questions. Finished for us.
