I placed an order before the restaurant opened so I could eat it on my lunch hour. Seeing that my poutine was not arriving on time, I contacted the call center and was told that it had already left and that I should receive it at 1:27 p.m. at the most. said OK, even though my lunch hour ended at 12:30 p.m. Once 12:30 p.m. arrived, I contacted the center again who directed me directly to the store and I was told that the poutine would not be not cold since she had been in the car for less than an hour. The owner gave me some bogus reason that I wasn't the only one. (What's the point of ordering early if times aren't met?) So, in the end, I spent my lunch hour waiting for an order that never came, so I wasn't able to eat. Additionally, the owner responded that he was happy not to have me as a customer. Really very pleasant service, I don't recommend it at all.

Chinese fondue pizza with almost no meat. The delivery guy arrives and he had forgotten the sauces and the plates and the utensils. This is the 3rd time we have received a pizza this way and the last.

I gave the delivery guy a very good tip because they told me that the tip had been removed from my debit card but he still checked off an 18% tip, they just lost a very good customer because of a delivery man

Notre livraison n'est juste jamais arrivée. Plus d'1h30 à attendre devant la fenêtre vu que le tracking du liveur ne fonctionne pas. Comme si la commande a été annulée?. L'homme qui répond au téléphone nous mentionne que ça devrait arriver d'une minute à l'autre. Ça fait 45 minutes que j'attends. Je commande ailleurs pour ce soir, quelle perte de temps.
