$12 for a mini take-out poutine to find, once home, large pieces of suspicious stuff that look like they've spent 30 minutes in the Ark fryer! First experience in this restaurant, there will be no 2nd.

I often order from Salvatore's pizza and tonight my experience was by far the worst. I took the trouble to pick it up at the counter and arrived early so that the pizza was fresh and hot. Arriving home, I noticed that the pizza was thin crust even though I ordered regular. My Pepe pizza arrived with maybe 2-3 Pepe inside on top of being soft. I understand that managers must control their food costs but in Charlesbourg, they take it very seriously even if it means affecting the quality of the pizza! The team in place did not seem serious and even less so the management team.

Last time for me Salvatore pizza.

Order two medium pizzas and a fries for $75. Arrived an hour later very cold and the fries were not edible. They put me last on the delivery guy's run so the food spent a lot of time in their delivery car.

There is a problem with the portions of fries and onion rings. It's way too small. I don't have any photos, but paying almost $10 for a large portion and receiving the equivalent of a small one elsewhere is frustrating. We didn't even have enough for 4 people. Everything else is perfect. Good pizza, good service and appropriate delivery time.

Good pizza but not the best either but with their promotion it does the job. Having a little more quantity of pépé it would be more filling but still it is full of flavor.

We bought two pizzas with two ranch sauces, for delivery everything was good but we never received our sauces. The crust was bland and dry and the cheese was hard…
We called customer service and the man on the phone only told us to contact Uber. But Uber is not their fault if items were missing. As expected, Uber didn't want to do anything about the restaurant's fault, and we got turned around on both sides. Quite disappointing, I hadn't ordered for years due to the exorbitant prices and poorly trained employees. Obviously that hasn't changed and Salvatore doesn't care about his customers... I don't think it's recommended following this error and the service I received. It was one taste too many. Training your employees and thinking about reviewing customer service is by not caring about your customers and saying I have others that you are lowering your image 😉
