I've been disappointed in a Salvatore before but my Chinese melted pizza was the worst I've ever eaten, it was way overcooked, the crust was thin as a sheet of paper and it had a strange aftertaste. When I went to get my pizza the tracker said it was ready but it wasn't, they made it quickly afterwards but it was disgusting the pizza and the sauce was thick

All the Salvatore's I ate in Quebec were very good but this one I am very disappointed, $65 for a pizza with almost nothing on it even if I paid extra, I pay for an extra sauce and it arrives completely ruined in the bag, I tip 15% more.. it should have a review

Yesterday I ordered a small poutine with cheese pizza with Chipotle sauce for dipping. I received a poutine with chipotle sauce inside and a pizza that was missing a lot of cheese. I was very disappointed with my order….
I just received Chinese fondue pizza at home...what a disappointment, it was a pizza sprinkled with fondue meat seeds...and yes, I was fooled again.

Very poor customer experience. I ordered a garlic bread in my order which I did not receive, so I called customer service, I was told they would deliver my garlic bread. 1 hour later still nothing... I ended up receiving a poor $5 gift card as an apology, $5 is not even the price of my garlic bread, at least deliver it to me or reimburse me the whole bread honestly! In addition, I calculated my tip according to what I had ordered in the application, so a tip of $5 but as the bread was not counted, the delivery man had double that in his pocket... I would not order again the customer service is horrible they don't care about you.
