Honestly, my best sushi, outside of restaurants, since tasting it for the first time in 2010. It's remarkable to maintain such a level of quality for so long. Well done to the managers, but above all thank you to the exemplary know-how of the people working in the kitchen!
I always enjoy my visits to this fish store. Freshness and service at the rendezvous. Bag of giant shrimp to cook on a raclette pan! Sickening how good it is. There was a lack of choice, because I would have taken bigger shrimp... but still very good and I was quickly and well advised.
I took a 56 piece sushi plate and I was disappointed. Hard sushi not tasty dry rice and blackened avocado for the price I expected a little better especially since I love this fishmonger and I'm used to the quality.
