My family and I were visiting the Quebec City area last week. We spent an afternoon in Old Town and at the end of a long day, chose to eat at Polina Pizzeria as they could accommodate my plant-based diet. Our two sons speak French fluently, however, my wife and I cannot. Sam and Alex served us and were awesome.
