Frankly, the service is impressive, I often order from Chicken Rouge des Galeries, very clean and delicious too, speaking of the service, you can see the dynamic of the employees 🤩

I LOVE POULET ROUGE!!! I eat it at least twice per week.
The staff at the Capital Mall location were super friendly,especially the dude at the end of the line. The only down side is that they are right near the amusement park (like most of the restaurants) so it could get loud on a busy day. Enjoy!
