Pub L'Oncle Antoine Reviews
This was a great find, slightly off the main touristy drag of creperies etc. we had the crab cakes and a good red (ruby) beer. The waiter (red shirt) was fully bilingual and friendly and helpful, finding a table outside or in as needed. Definitely recommend.
très beau cachet. Nous avons bien aimé l'ambiance. Service A1
Terrific place. A must visit on our annual trips to Quebec City. It would be awesome if they provided marshmallows to toast in the fireplace

Pub L'Oncle Antoine is a hidden gem with a unique cave-like atmosphere, reminiscent of an old cellar and known for being one of the oldest cellars in the area. The staff is friendly and cool, serving up simple yet tasty food, including a standout French onion soup that rocks with tons of cheese and awesome broth, and a highly recommended smoked meat sandwich. Customers praise the cozy ambiance, excellent drinks, and friendly service. The pub offers an authentic tavern experience with its original brick interior and the scent of wood-fire smoke. Visitors can enjoy a variety of drinks, including an amazing old fashioned with maple syrup whiskey, espresso martinis, and $3 shots of maple whiskey. The atmosphere is enhanced by a café style patio and the place is also dog friendly, making it a special spot in the city for many.
