Cozy place with good drinks and decent food. We were not too impressed with the meals though as the French onion soup lacked broth and was just 50% cheese. Personally I prefer a bit more broth to make it feel like an actual soup rather than just a block of cheese. Salads were solid though and pickles also pretty good. Croque Monsieur sandwich was not very interesting and just ok.
This is a must see and must experience pub with Old Quebec vibes. Original brick interior and the scent of wood-fire smoke give an authentic tavern experience with the added bonus of excellent drinks and service.
We dropped in here yesterday to get out of the rain. Such a cool spot. Loved the ambience and the service! I had the best bowl of hot chocolate (with Amaretto). Didn’t try the food unfortunately as we had already eaten, but the French Onion soup looked delicious.

Also, server gave us a shot of the Maple Whiskey, and it was heaven!!
