The atmosphere and welcome are really there. It’s really great if you want to spend a quiet moment or a moment with atmosphere but while remaining nice without (boom boom boom) I recommend the TOM or Maida servers!

Laid-back, cozy vibe that’s perfect for a relaxed evening. Maida was an incredible bartender - warm, friendly, and a pleasure to chat with. The whiskey selection is impressive, making it a fun and approachable spot to explore different varieties.

Obviously, the Nel is in the top for bars in Quebec City. Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful terrace in summer.
They have Guinness and games. Oh and watch out for the Bell ;)
