Queues de Castor- BeaverTails (Charlesbourg)

Slow and incompetent service, we wanted to try the poutine for fun without waiting for taste BUT seriously... cheese in a block of ice, cold sauce equivalent to iced water, order error, waitress lost very stiff! It was horrible, I had to ask for a refund and I'm not the type to complain! NEVER STINKS!

I will never eat in this place again, worst hygiene ever, no gloves and no hand washing between touching food after touching the payment screen and stacking bananas without gloves after touching the cash register.

The service and atmosphere was excellent!

The only thing that bothered me was the sanitation of the employees... have the hygiene codes diminished over time? I still find it deplorable and disgusting to see an employee prepare food without ever washing her hands by wiping her hands on her personal clothing and passing her hand under her nose repeatedly and returning to put her hands in the food directly.. with fake fingernails...

2nd time at this place to taste a good “beaver tail” the classic! very correct, but there is a lack of individual places to be able to sit and eat! Let's see that the 2 picnic tables inside could be replaced by several small tables!

We arrived 5 minutes before closing and one of the employees quickly came and blocked the door in front of us. She had seen us clearly.
So we went to the Tombola who served us with a beautiful smile.

Très déçue les queues de castor ont diminué de moitié, j'en prend 2 pour l'équivalent d'une l'année passée, pourtant, je ne suis pas une personne qui mange beaucoup, presque pas de garniture saveur à l'érable le serveur a l'air écoeuré vers 21h30 ,il serait préférable d'augmenter un peu le prix que de devoir payer 2 fois, je n'ai pas pensé à prendre de photos

Festive and family atmosphere, perfect for “chilling” with friends or family, and for all ages! They loved their first experience, we will definitely return despite the distance!

Parking: Parking shared with the gas station which is right next door, so always available.

Kid-friendliness: Yes because of its decoration and its games (4-in-line, tic tac toe)

Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to access the business, automatic door.

I have never eaten this pastry before!!! In fact, I was more impressed by the dough soaking in the oil basin than anything else.My boyfriend says it doesn't really taste like a Beaver tail!!! It must taste like the tractor wheel of Tim's donuts, in part. Plus, it’s still expensive!!You be the judge

L’essayer, c’est l’adopter comme on dit!!! 😉 Une belle découverte!! 😍 Super accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et dégustation dans un décor agréable. Des jeux de bois pour une partie amicale! À notre prochaine visite…on goûte les minis..il y a trop de bons choix!!!😋
