A local experience, you have to taste it at least once, when passing through Canada. No need to plan a meal afterwards, the beaver tails are very rich and regressive, but that’s ultimately the whole point of the place.

I had been impatiently awaiting this tasting since we arrived in Quebec. I chose the one with Maple syrup. The waiter kindly offered to cut the donut so I could share it with my daughter. The donut was very good, but the maple syrup dripped onto the napkins placed underneath. Perhaps it was a small careless mistake to have put the napkins between the serving paper and the beaver tail. So the napkin soaked in syrup and impossible to recover it. 😭.really too bad. If my remark can help the next amateurs
