CHICKEN FULL OF “THORNS” (dried inedible flesh, in the attached photo there is everything that I had to take out of my mouth because it was too hard). The waitress changed it for me but it was the same. Well, it was really cheap ($21 taxes included!!).and it was Monday evening not far from closing time (is that the explanation?) It seems to me that the cook could still pack the last pieces in aluminum foil while waiting to serve them. Good salad bar with lots of choices, I wonder how they make money. Thank you for offering us a great variety at such a good price. The service was very fast. I don't like the fries because they are thin and dry like the ones at McDonald's. The music is pocket, very banal old songs of no interest, full of lyrics that take over our heads rather than being a harmonious background.

our waitress was clearly very unwilling to help us. she was very impatient and we never got water refills. overall, too much confusion in communication and it took us at least 10 minutes to have any waitress help us just once. there was not many customers, which reflected in the number of waitresses available to help (in addition to our particular waitress' unwillingness to do her job). luckily, the other two waitresses were better. one of them was very kind and got us an extra plate knowing we were sharing a pasta without us asking (thus 2 stars). our original waitress was a little nicer at the end, but she had disappeared after taking our orders and only returned to give us the bill. this particular location is not tourist friendly. to be fair, not our entire party was fluent in french, but those who could spoke to them in french. they seemed to know a bit of english but did not seem to want to put in the same effort to communicate (only one did). this franchise is good, but this store really does not do it justice. the food came fast, which we appreciated, but the service was barely satisfactory.
