Great service! I went to dinner at the bar and I was in a bit of a hurry because I was going to a meeting early in the evening. Fast food and service. Félix very welcoming and superb personality.

Our server Félix introduced us to the slate at St-Hubert. This is the first time we've heard about the choices on the slate and yet not our first visit to a St-Hubert. The waterfowl steak was really delicious! And he suggested a really good Canadian red wine, Osoyoos Larose. We also tasted a Quebec cold, Morbleu. We even wondered if we were at St-Hubert. What a nice surprise. We went to St-Hubert, because it was all that remained open after a 5-hour drive. And we were pleasantly surprised! Thank you Felix!

While strolling in Grand Alle, we decided to have lunch here. The setup looked like fine dining, but little did I know it was a chain restaurant.
St. Hubert is a huge part of Quebec’s contemporary lifestyle. It all started with one restaurant on St. Hubert Street in Montreal back in 1951, and now there are 117 locations.
Chain restaurant dining reflects Quebec culture very well. The portions are larger, the restaurants are nicely decorated, and the service is friendly. Many locations have a separate bar and lounge.

Coming to food, we ordered 1/2 Piri Chicken with rice & coleslaw.
- Canada is like the hub of rotisserie chicken and the first time, I saw it came in piri piri flavor, nice!! It comes with rice and 2 types of sauces. The chicken was well cooked and sauteed in the sauce. The food was good. it comes with unlimited coleslaw (creamy and original)

This restaurant is part of the Hotel Chateau Laurier with an indoor or street entrance. Grateful that we could order in English and received an English menu. Food was hot, generous and arrived in an appropriate amount of time. Being a vegan, I was worried about going to a chicken/rib place but I was pleasantly surprised that there were vegan options. Had the crusty veggie burger which was delicious.
